Using Elite Africa
Use the platform lawfully and provide accurate account information. Keep your login details secure and do not share purchased files or access in a way that violates an author’s rights.
Books and author content
Authors retain their rights in their work and grant Elite Africa the permissions needed to host, sell, display, and deliver it. Authors must have the rights required to publish their content.
Purchases and payouts
Prices, joining fees, commission rates, and payout terms are shown in the relevant account or payment area. A transaction is complete only after payment confirmation. We may suspend transactions that appear fraudulent or invalid.
Account and content actions
We may restrict accounts or remove content that violates these terms, applicable law, copyright rules, or platform safety requirements. We will handle disputes and corrections through the support channel.
